Project Overview
The Chuangzhi Bay Talent Apartment project includes a range of compact residential spaces designed for daily living. Living rooms, dining areas, kitchens, bedrooms and multifunctional rooms need finishes that work consistently across different apartment layouts.
Material Application
Our interior wall and surface materials were used throughout the apartment environments. Neutral wall finishes, textured feature surfaces and coordinated wood-toned elements help connect open living and dining areas while maintaining a calm backdrop in bedrooms and work areas.
Project Value
The application shows how a controlled finish palette can make compact apartments feel more complete and easier to coordinate. Repeated material relationships across rooms also help maintain visual consistency when similar units are delivered in larger quantities.
